It may be only by a smidgen, but finally I registered a 64.9 for the official weekly weigh in this morning. Yeah! Threw in an extra run last night just to be sure (ran another 4kms, walked 1km)
Am going to throw in some extra treadmill walking/running in front of the TV this week just to reinvigorate my weight loss this week as its been like pushing a rock up hill the last few weeks.
