Updates

Run was much better today - hopefully responding to increased intake yesterday, and concerted efforts on improving my hydration

BTW - the scales are no longer "fickle" they give me the same weight no matter how I stand on them now - whats with that? I'm confused but it seems my scales no longer are!

I tried on shorts today - and they looked good! Weeelll - its not like my legs looked thin, but they looked toned and shapely and I'm very happy with that. Will have to buy some sometime....

Officially start No Count tomorrow.....
