Ahhhh, its easy to achieve PB's when you are continually increasing your mileage each week to distances you've never covered before! Each one is its own new record.
Just checking in to let you know that I ran 13 kms today in 1:23 - a PB for me because I've never run 13 before.....and I'm still standing!

Just catching up on your news - congrats on the 13km run - that is AWESOME! I'm still running but am still stringing together my running phases and decreasing my walking phases. I will get there.. :-)
I love the idea of the Masterclass too - what a great way to get a taste of everything.

Hi Lisa - long time between drinks (or should that be runs!!?) for me...various things called LIFE seem to get in the way of my dreams....but not for too much longer!
I've been following your steady-but-impressive progress though; you should be so proud of how much exercise has changed you/for you. To think that last year you were doing the 12-k Run to see if you could....now its a half marathon?
There'll be no stopping you soon! :D
I too hope to this year extend my distance but first things first, get back up on the horse.
Stop 1: Mother's Day Classic May 14th (haven't decided whether its the 4 or 8k yet!)
