But I’ve decided that I need some new “mini goals” to motivate me. I bought some gorgeous clothes the other day (yes more) and bought a size 10 plum polka dot shirt. It’s a bit too small for me (the buttons gape) but I would love to be able to wear it for my birthday in 2 weeks. So I am going make a concerted effort to lose 2 kgs in 2 weeks, by returning to tracking EVERYDAY (not guesstimating), avoiding all little treats, and drinking my 2 litres of water everyday, and a full exercise schedule.
My points for today – 16.5 (a bit low I know, but it may make up for the weekend)
Exercise – 1 hr Combat Training
Water – 1.5 litres so far
Treats – none
Here are some photos of all my new clothes – I bought matching sets of work/casual clothes in plum and grey from Tempt in Adelaide (my new favourite store) – and I looove them all (even if they don’t all fit yet!)

Hi Lisa :o)
Good on you for the positive attitude on "breaking out". I'm still working on forgiving myself for doing that, but i guess thats all part of changing our lifestyles - changing our thinking most importantly.
Your before photos look sooooo differant to how you look now! How many kilos have you lost?
And it's awesome that you can nearly fit a size 10 skirt. I don't think i've ever worn a size 10 skirt, so i couldn't imagine how that might feel! Good on you, you are doing fantastic! :o)
Ooops i just saw your starting weight on the side of your blog, so don't mind my blondness in asking lol
30 kilos, thats awesome! You go girl!!!
that's it, straight back into it!! i find it amazing that this is your first gain, thats tremendous!!! so celebrate the journey so far (and i hope you enjoyed your treats on the weekend!) and keep on going cos that top is going to look FANTASTIC on your birthday!! :)
Thanks for always leaving such lovely messages on my blog! I'll post the recipes for you tonight or tomorrow morning, i have actually lent the book out to a friend but should have it tonight!

Well done on your weightloss. I've enjoyed reading your blog. As for buying clothes - hell yes. Use every tool at your disposal to keep you motivated.
Just curious - how much of a shortie are you. I'm 5'2".
I beat you on the "shortie" status Lee-anne - I'm 5.0 - the proverbial measuring stick
Lisa
