Today has been a day of profound sadness, as we have had a local disaster (factory explosion) that has resulted in the deaths of 3 young people. My job has required me to be involved in setting up supports at local health services, and consequently I have been unable to meet my exercise targets. Nothing seems to compare priority wise to this.
I have however by way of distraction been able to master my photo in the profile section, and stats in the sidebar - many thanks to Rae's helpful posts for this.
The blog is yet young - I guess I will eventually figure it all out
Cheers

Thats terrible about the accident! You sound like you have had a very busy, stressful time. make sure you take some time out for you when you can, maybe in the early morning? exercise generally always helps give your mind an body a boost, so i hope you get some time for it!
I am glad I was able to help with the stats etc, your blog is progressing really well! Well done!
Rae :)
As i really couldn't find the right words to say, i just wanted to add that i will be keeping you and your workmates in my prayers and you are doing wonderful work by setting up those health services!
*hug*
Thanks Rae
Unfortunately I'm still working 12 hr days from very early in the morning -so not much time for exercise - but it is short term - I'll be back into it soon.
Thanks for all your lovely comments - its nice to know someone is reading what you write and you've been an enormous help - thanks
